Refund & Exchange Policy
Sale Items
Sale purchases are final. We don't accept change of mind returns.
If your sale item doesn't fit, you're welcome to exchange it for another size. You'll need to cover the return shipping cost, and we'll cover sending your new size out. If the size you need isn't available, we'll issue a store credit for the item value (excluding original shipping).
To start an exchange on a sale item, use our returns portal.
Full-Price Items. Exchanges & Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. All items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in original condition.
Size Exchanges
We want you to get the right fit. If you need a different size, we'll cover the cost of sending your new size out once your original item is returned. We do encourage you to check our size charts before purchasing, you're also welcome to email contact@noskin.co to talk through sizing before you buy.
If you're in Australia:
- Submit your request via our returns portal
- Exchanges are approved within 1 business day, and you'll receive return instructions
- Send your item back within 14 days of approval, after 14 days we can't guarantee size availability, and we'll issue store credit if your size is gone
- Hold onto your proof of postage
If you're outside Australia:
- Submit your request via our returns portal
- Return the item using a courier of your choice to: Noskin, 35–53 Emma Street, Collingwood, Victoria, Australia 3066
- Lodge with a post office within 14 days of approval
- Hold onto your proof of postage
Once your return arrives, we'll check the item and dispatch your new size. If you need your replacement quickly, email us a photo of your item being sent back along with proof of postage and we'll get it out to you straight away.
Returns
If you've changed your mind, we accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of purchase.
- Submit your request via our returns portal
- You'll receive return instructions within 1 business day
- Send your item back unworn, with tags, in original condition
- Once received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, allow up to 5 business days for it to reach your account
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you've received something that isn't right, email contact@noskin.co as soon as possible and we'll sort it out for you.
