We ship our products worldwide, but please make sure you select your item carefully. You can read more about our returns policy below, but as part of our commitment to sustainability, we try to minimise shipping items back and forth wherever possible.
We currently ship worldwide. Your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, but any purchase over $150 (AUD), will ship for free. This is most of the items in our store, other than our accessories, or canvas sneakers, which have a global shipping rate.
Unless specified as pre-order or pre-sale, your order will be despatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 24 hours of your order, with a tracking number supplied.
For domestic shipping in Australia, please allow 3-5 business days. For international orders, depending on location, your order may take 2-3 weeks.
Note: Whilst we are doing our best to ensure your orders arrive in reasonable time, for international orders, delays are possible due to the current COVID-19 situation.

We really hope you love your new item from Nōskin. In the event that you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please email: email@example.com immediately and a member of the team will be able to assist you to organise a free return postage label.
For all returns that are sizing errors, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refunded return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer free returns labels for sizing issues, but your replacement product will be sent with free shipping for one return cycle.
At this stage, the best way to exchange a product is to return your order for a full refund, and then re-order the item in the correct size.
