Shipping, Exchanges + Returns
Do you ship overseas?
Yes - we ship worldwide for free over $250 with full end to end tracking. You can see our full shipping policy here.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are dispatched from our Collingwood warehouse within one business day.
Orders to cities within Australia will arrive in 3-4 business days.
Orders to regional Australia will take 4-6 busines days.
International orders vary based on local providers and can take up to 30 business days.
Can I exchange if I get the wrong size?
All footwear purchases come with one complimentary exchange to ensure you get the right size. However, we also recommend using our sizing chart or personalised sizing recommendation form to ensure you get the right size first time.

How do I look after my shoes?
Caring properly for your shoes is the best way to make them last for years to come. You can find a full guide on how to care for your new shoes here.
Do you make Noskin shoes in any other sizes?
Depending on the style, we can sometimes accommodate size requests, although they are subject to longer shipping times and a 20% custom surcharge. If you would like to arrange for a custom size, please email us on contact@noskin.co
What are your shoes made from?
Noskin shoes are made from a Spanish Milled premium leather alternative.
All of our products are free from any animal materials in our mission to promote conscious luxury.

Do my shoes have a warranty?
We offer a six month warranty with every pair of shoes and boots from our Core Collection.

Do you offer repairs?
You have a couple of options, you can send them back to us or drop them in store if you're a Melbourne local on Friday or Saturday between 10am-4pm. Please use the link here to get the process started.
If you're unsure which service you need, please email contact@noskin.co with a picture of your shoes and a brief description of your problem. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with the best way to fix them.
When you send your shoes to us, we will have them resoled, cleaned, polished and conditioned so you'll have them feeling like new. We are only offering this to our Australian family at this stage!
when is my size back in stock?
Another one bites the dust! We don’t want you to miss out, select your size you will see we have a ‘notify me when available’ button where you can enter your email. As soon as your size comes back in stock, you’ll receive an alert.

Orders
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Orders are often dispatched the same day, or early the next business day.
If you email contact@noskin.co as quickly as possible to correct any errors, we can adjust your order if it has not yet been packed or dispatched.
How do I return or exchange my shoes?
To lodge returns or exchanges, please visit our returns portal on this link.
Can I order two pairs to pick the right size?
If you would like to order two pairs of shoes to try both and pick the correct size - order both pairs at the same time.
However, the pair you return will be classed as a 'change of mind' return, meaning you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email that your order has been fulfilled, this will contain a tracking number. You can follow along with your tracking by clicking on the link in the email.
If you haven’t received an email with tracking and your item has been dispatched, send us an email at contact@noskin.co and we can look into it for you.
Local Metro orders are sent via Sendle while other Local, Express and International orders are sent via Australia Post.
